Glitchy
Worked “okay” for a few months. All of a sudden started not working at all. Wouldn’t load any camera feeds and wouldn’t sync any data. The app on my phone and iPad won’t link to the system anymore like it used to, and I haven’t changed anything about what I do.
Terrible
This app is very unreliable. It will send a push notification but as soon as the event loads the screen goes blank. Many times you open the app and as soon as you select live view it closes. Often it will not even allow a live view of any camera. I am now regretting that I purchased a Lorex System.
HD playback
Playback videos aren’t in HD with lorex pro. Lorex cloud is. What am I missing here.
Needs major update
Selecting motion region on app doesn’t work location services would be awesome just like the other lorex app app is a little confusing
Poor quality
I spent a lot on my camera system and I’m not able to see my playback in HD quality. Disappointed, honestly…
Events issue
I am using both Lorex home and Lorex pro apps. Unfortunately, events tab on Lorex pro app is not working ( confirmed by customer service after 3 months of troubleshooting). It works only if events tab is open while motion is triggered. Push notifications are working but not handy as events tab. It will be more handy if users simply open the Lorex pro app, go to events tab and check if any motions is generated. Dev team: just copy the code you have on Lorex home app. Events tab on home app works great. I am not sure what is the point of building events tab if doesn’t work
Very Poor functionality
This app needs a lot of work. Very frustrating, whenever you try to make settings adjustments, the standard answer is failed to prescribe
1. Navigate to your recorder settings > Push Notifications 2. Disable the push notifications for your affected device 3. Re-enable notifications and then tap 'Save'.
