Great for deaf people.
I have tried this app with my 93-year old mother who just became death. I switched the language to Swedish and the app is great to pick up the conversation and separate each sentence. However, if I speak English to other people in the room it tries to pick up that conversation as well, and obviously it won’t do a good job at that since I configured the app for Swedish. However, it would be great if the app would ignore other languages than what it is configured for.

I bought 10 hours this Sunday morning and I couldn't get it back. Tried to restore the purchase, tried to reinstall the app, and tried to also contact support. I'm frustrated. I just want the hours back!

this app does not work well and charges way too much. the transcription has a 3-6 second delay at times which is too lagging to keep up with the conversation. it claims 95%+ accuracy but it can go down to ~40% accuracy at times which makes it impossible to fill in the context of what is being said. the pro mode subscription is also extremely misleading and expensive. they say get a pro for like $80 then its only giving you 5 hours of transcription/ month..like I am deaf there are 744 hours in the month and we only get 5hrs? then we have to pay another $10 to buy another $5 hours. this is a joke of a model that tried to make money, not provide value to people who actually need this. give us a fair price or someone (myself) will recreate for much much cheaper.
