App is limited
Very limited functionality. Would love to at least see how much gas my house is using from one day to the next.
Funny App
This app is strange. UI is off from the first screen. And it doesn’t really give you anything that you cannot do in other ways like using the website directly. Someone else has mentioned the 2 dollar convenience fee when you pay online. I don’t really understand this: the convenience is not only for me but for you as well, you don’t need to send me a bill since I opted in to e-bills. But I end up paying 2 extra bucks.

Terrible UI; App serves little to no purpose
Quite possibly the worst user interface I’ve seen since I’ve had an iPhone. Besides that the app serves no functional purpose other than letting you set up mobile notifications, which aren’t really necessary anyway. Not to mention LCNGA charges a service fee to pay online so you might as well use your bank’s “mobile banking” to send them a check on your behalf and save yourself the $2 when you get the “new bill” email (or regular mail version). Unless you absolutely need your gas bill history at your fingertips for some strange reason, don’t bother. Wonder how much money LCNGA blew on this lowest bidder project. The money would have been better spent designing a modern responsive website that worked across varying screen sizes. It’s 2021 and their current site says “Mobile Devices Are Not Supported.” 🥴
