Stealing money from me weekly
I do my laundry every week, and every week there's a moment of downtime where the app charges me twice for one machine. Never get a response or a refund lol.

First machine runs fine from app. when I start the machine, app loads forever to start the machine/time out! I need to quit the app and reopen! Shocked to see money deducted! This happens most of the times.. Pls fix this issue!
