Sign in doesn’t work
I have downloaded this app at least 10 times it never lets me sign in except for the guest sign in, I have texted todo for support and not even their support knows how to solve this issue, the guest sign in is limited and doesn’t let me manage or pay my own bill, so if you ask me: worst app ever!
I can’t even get into the app
It keeps asking me for my account number I don’t even have account number… it was very nice that I received dog tags for my baby but I can’t even use the app
Bug in mobile app v 4.16.0, I can not login in my account!
Bad developers! Fix it asap when updated to new version this fido app, i cant login into my account!
App has been under maintenance for 2 days
I want to activate the 5 extra hour feature but can’t since the app has been under maintenance for 2 days. I have to spend my current data. There’s no other way to activate it anywhere else either. Clearly shows how reliable Fido services are when they can’t even fix their own app in 2 days
Bug with latest update
Updated to the latest version on iPhone and the app no longer opens.
Absolutely useless
It is hard to fathom that this company can not make a simple app that actually works!
Can’t login with username
Can only use phone number. Strange and arbitrary.
