I hate these devices. We spend more time resetting and reading up on this simple devices made stupid by Leviton. Avoid these and you will save time and money

Bought and installed these throughout the house, thousands of dollars thrown away on a product that worked on the first few days, then crapped out all over the house. Some times, some of them work, some times none of them work remotely. Total garbage

Seems like anyone who was an early adopter of their Decora Smart switches are going to be left behind. These switches were not cheap! I’d like to see improvements to stability of these switches, or some kind of firmware/software updates. They have a tendency to get disconnected from the “Home” and then need to be reset and setup again.

Typical bait and switch. Devices that work with this app don’t work with My Leviton apparently and so they don’t work with other systems like Amazon Alexa then. If you can’t make all your devices compatible, you have lost my trust. I won’t be buying Leviton Smart devices again.

I never write reviews but this has to be the worst product ever. Very difficult to connect to HomeKit. Once I was able to connect lost connection after a couple of months and can’t update firmware. Need iOS 12 or below to do so. What a complete joke.

This was very cool when I first installed. However every iOS update or router update can cause the whole thing to stop Not ready for real homeowner use. Generic Chinese parts seem to work better over time
