Doesn’t work
This used to be great but now it doesn’t work. Can’t get it to reload to find machines on the network.

loaded my design snap and it will not recognize my machine innovis-is Xe1. So disappointed, been wanting it for two years, finally got it and I can’t accomplish anything.

I tried to take a picture to transfer to my machine and it said that it did not support my machine. I checked all the Wi-Fi connections on both my phone and my machine and it would still would not connect. Both my devices phone and machine have the same Wi-Fi This is very disappointing because I was getting all excited thinking of all the stuff I could work on with my new machine. I even tried to get support from Brother, but it would not connect to the site. That is why I spend All this money on this machine for it not to recognize the app with my machine! I need some technical help!

Doesn't work with the SE630. Needs to allow to at least convert images and be able to send it through email to add to USB.

Brother: Allow users of your USB machines to use this app! There’s no reason to restrict it. Enable exporting to file, so we can transfer to USB on our own. Otherwise, it’s a useful tool that you’ve limited needlessly.
