This app is SKETCHY. Asking me for my passport info before I can even explore the app? Per the below reviews that were left over a year ago, Visa Infinite (a luxury concierge company) hasn’t changed its interface? Sorry I’m not buying it. This is a serious security issue.

After entering my identity info (passport info!) then credit card, the app just glitches. Can’t get past the CC entry screen. Is this a scam, undetected by Apple? Or just a completely broken app?

Was hoping to get a rental car insurance certificate. Wasted an hour getting it to take my card. Then it still fails, it took my drivers license number, dob, address and email. Hopefully it’s secure but now I’m more worried about identity theft than before.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Countries aren’t even alphabetically listed. The US is “America!”?? Couldn’t save my card number. What a waste of time. Don’t bother.

This is a terrible app. How is it possible that a company as huge as VISA can’t even manage to figure out how to make their own app work? Makes me question even using visa.
