Love the bus service, hate the app
The incentivized lower prices drive you to use a platform that is unresponsive and, at time, completely unresponsive or otherwise useless. No auto-population of common addresses, contact details, or payment methods is the cherry on top. I book on a desktop whenever possible.
Awful App
This application is a dumpster fire. They tell you to get the app to "enjoy its features" but somehow it actually worsens the experience. You can't even press "buy ticket" since nothing happens when you try to buy on hr app. You'd be better off buying in person or at the actual website.
Worst app I’ve seen
I’m being generous with a single star rating. This app is at times possible to use. Links to buy tickets don’t seem to work. Hard to see schedules. I’ve been using the bus for years and you’d think by now it could have been improved.
Started out bad and stayed bad
It’s a challenge to find the schedule, which is bad because since COVID, the schedule changes frequently. If it saves payment information to the account, that will be an improvement. Having an account COULD be an improvement. The last app asked if you wanted to download the app every time you purchased a ticket. I like the bus service, but they need to get better coders to work on the app. When asking for email, the email keypad should open. When asking for numbers, the number pad should open. I like the company and find it to be an inexpensive way to travel. The app needs a schedule and a saved payment method. I liked the old method of texting a ticket link.

Return date change request
Return date is wrong instead of November 1st it took the same day October 10th of leaving date ! Can I get it corrected please? thanks for your kind support 🙏
Can’t easily recall Ticket.
The app is not user friendly and if you don’t know your ticket number you can’t recall your ticket. The text option works much better. You need to be able setup and account and retrieved your information as needed..
