I love the convenience of being able to buy passes on line without going to a kiosk.
Disabled people
There should be an easy way to have disabled people upload their passes without buying them. And these passes have a special mark to show they have a pca to travel with them as well. And put appropriate benches at most bus stops please.
As a bus driver…..
As a bus driver, it’s really frustrating and I gotta sit there and wait for 5 to 10 seconds sometimes even up to 20 seconds for the mobile app to read the QR code. I understand you’re trying to move in the right direction but there’s better technologies out there like NFC. The older smart car technology/the new platinum card so much more faster. You guys don’t understand or you guys don’t have to sit there on the bus as a bus driver getting behind schedule sitting there waiting for the customer to open up their phone then load the Valley Metro app… it’s absolutely unacceptable for you to release or not include an NFC option for the smart phone platinum card pass whenever you decide to release the platinum carts absolutely unacceptable if it’s not included. Especially Apple express card option. Also as a person with a tech background/web developer… QR codes are not the right option in a fast pace environment..

Can’t login
I can’t login so i try to reset my password. then i still can’t login after i successfully reset my password. so then i try to uninstall the app and reinstall it. still can’t login. how am i supposed to use your app to use the transit system if i can’t even login?
No week or month passes
Force you to use the app, but no week or month passes can be purchased on the app…so, just a way to rip folks off.
