Annoying irrelevant notifications
Checking out or in with the app is not a quick process, but it’s an alternate method, and most times a better method, to waiting for a person to check a truck in or out. My biggest complaint is the notifications. I had been getting numerous irrelevant notifications from the app so I had turned off Lock Screen and banner, just leaving badges and Notification Center on. My last U-Haul rental was two months or more ago; and the time before that was almost 2 years ago. I don’t have any reservations pending and haven’t searched for any future dates or even opened the app in a couple of months. Well, today, in Notification Center it said “A Haul location is less than a mile. Tap to start pick-up”. The location it was referring to was the one I last used 2 years ago. Again, I have no upcoming reservations, searched, active or cancelled, so I find that interruption annoying. Other than NOT Allow Notifications from U-haul or deleting the app completely I don’t see how it can be stopped whenever I am stopped within a mile of that location.
Poor customer service
I made an appointment after confirming it’ll only take an hour and a half if I had an early appointment to install a hitch. Which for the morning of May 7. I then received an email saying or take three hours. When I responded to the email, no response was given to me. When I again responded to the email again no response from U-Haul. Then when I called, they put me on hold and be one minute five minutes later I called back and they were very rude.if you make enough money with other people, you don’t have a good day
Great customer service at U-Haul in Hyannis MA
I went to the U-Haul moving and storage location on 594 Bearses Way, Hyannis, MA 02601 to get some information about whether or not they would store my travel trailer for a month or two depending on what my needs were at the time. I was well received by Corey Lewis the hitch professional at the counter who is extremely professional and courteous and kind I must say, he gave me the information and also printed it out for me so that it would be easier for me to make plans when I need to call and reserve a spot. I think that Corey represents U-Haul in a very positive way and should be commended for his pleasant and positive attitude towards customers. Customer service to me is very important and I have always received good service at this location. As I was leaving I realize I had another question and there were two gentlemen out there one young man who had only been there two weeks and sorry to say I did not get his name, but I could not have received a more welcoming approach, even though he was in the middle of hitching up. He said he loved working at U-Haul. It was his best decision he had having come from construction work. Then another gentleman came over and also offered assistance, and it was just regarding the electrical hitch that I have on my SUV that will be towing my travel trailer in the near future. He was also very kind and professional, and went inside to get a little object to, check the connections and make sure that everything was working properly. This is why I always use U-Haul whether I am here on Cape Cod I and or down in Florida I have used them several times and will always use them in the future. I also have to complement everyone that works there and keeps the store in such clean and neat order! I look forward to doing business with U-Haul and the very near future sincerely, Conrad G

Not able to create profile
Trying to create profile but keeps saying error to connect to server. It’s not on my side. So this is not helpful at all.
All reviews are fake
Normal corporate spending on not reviews, app is designed to check in trucks and cause confusion so you have to pay 20 for not properly returning truck. Have to take pictures and 10 step process just to return truck total scam
Impossible to use and horrible customer service
We just want to give you money. Why do you make it so difficult? Please don’t make us wait 45 mins to talk to a person for something as easy as changing a password or deleting an email address. Every single time I get the “Unable to send code” I wonder who gets a kickback when I have to call customer service.
