Why the update????
Update is really bad. It takes so long to navigate and it’s so narrow minded and doesn’t have the New York hecticness in mind. I stopped using it.

I can’t find the live bus map. On the old version, it was so easy to find. I want to see all of the buses, in each direction, as opposed to having to pick a stop and only see one bus. Just show us all if the buses please.

Dark mode was awesome on my previous comment but now I agree with most reviews. It is more complicated than the old one. Should have been dark mode but the same layout or UI. Can't customize the preferred transport anymore or hard to find.

There should be a case study done on how they took a decent app & totally “updated” it to now be useless. It no longer accurately gives you the arrival times of buses & trains. The update removed any settings you had. It is just not with even trying to use

…way better than version a few weeks ago. But why do the arrival times still not match the boards in the stations the way the old app did???

The previously excellent app has been updated, but now it is horrible, consistently incorrect, and never shows the correct route! I live in Manhattan. Have it set to show subway routes and It always shows taking buses to midtown to get on a train instead of getting on the train and transferring. Bring back the old app!
