They never amswer when you have a problem, a simple conversation that can be solved in few minutes can take up to hours while you are waiting in a wifi area and loosing time! Additionally they have alot of technical problems leaving you without internet for hoursssss in a foreign country!

If you are traveling to Europe it’s better not to use this app in the EU roaming calls are free of charge if you get any local sim or e sim while you will end up having to pay for each country if you use this service besides it would cost you $8 for 60 GB and they will charge you Euro 10 for 10 GB
