This might be one of the buggiest apps I’ve ever used, of any kind. It’s literally nonfunctional.

They have a bugged system that bans you from renting scooters if their system evaluates your parking picture incorrectly enough times. These scooters are supposed to create convenience for the user. I am finding myself spending more time appealing bans and unable to rent scooters than I am actually riding them. It’s a shame too, I used to love this app, I have almost 1000 career rides. But I switched to Tier and have never looked back. Fix this app. Otherwise it’s a 1 star and no more.
