Warning Use At Your Own Risk
I used the app to change a booking to add a day to my original 2 night stay making it 3 nights starting a day earlier. When I was done I ended with a two night booking starting a day earlier—but paying 20 pounds more than if I had just booked a one night stay separately for the same night. In addition, I then had to rebook my third day separately and ended up having to pay 48 pounds more than what I originally paid for the night. So by trying to add a night keeping it within my original booking so as not to confuse housekeeping & to make the stay seamless for everyone I ended up paying 170 pounds instead of the original 100 pounds I had originally booked the night for while trying to give Premier Inn more business. I called customer service and after waiting 45 minutes to speak to a live person I was told the issues I was having extending my stay were beyond her ability to address and then she had me advise in copious detail my experience assuring me she would “escalate” the matter and promising someone would be back in touch with me within 72 hours. 120 hours later I am still waiting for a reply/assistance from the escalation team. My stay has now started & my room smells like smoke & the bedside light is broken & the light at the door is flashing on and off. Mind you as I work in hospitality I refer guests & business to this location regularly….apparently loyalty means nothing to the brand. Sadly, not the Premier Inn quality I thought the brand stood for.

Best hotel in the world
Premier Inn is a very beautiful and comfortable hotel!!! It is the most precious to me because my husband and I stayed there twice on our vacations together in Dubai. I can’t wait to go back and stay again at the Premier Inn!!!
