It’s honestly not cool that the option to use our sense off wards is automatically clicked. This should be something that we choose to use or not use. It is easy to forget, especially on those times when you just need to put in a few dollars to get you to payday when you want to use, the reward and actually fill up your tank.

Why is it so difficult to automatically default to the home location set in the app when the location service on the phone is not turned on? Why select a default store in the first place? I generally do not need to have location tracking enabled on my phone but for some reason some developers seem to insist on it.

I have had a problem that should be able to be resolved rather quickly. But for some reason the manager hasn’t found the time to address this simple problem. I come into the Parker’s in Walterboro, SC several times a week. I have a rewards card. I started reading my register recipes and noticed I am being charge properly for my Celsius drinks at two for $5.00. Than I get two xl cups of ice to drink some of my Celsius drinks. ICE ONLY. I am being charged $1.59 for a cup of ice. So I asked the manager to work out this issue with me? Such as for the next six drinks to reimbursement me six xl Diet Coke for where I have been paying for ice and no drink. She was going to get back to me last Monday or Tuesday. She has made no attempt to resolve the issue not even with a phone call to say she didn’t have an answer yet or nothing. She was rude to me one other time when I had questions about how I can use my debit card at the pumps and get my discount off my gallons of gas paying inside. Such as pay $50.00 inside wether I use it or not and I still get my per gallon discount. I would like these issues resolved and her rudeness is unacceptable!!!
