Isn’t convenient
My boyfriend dropped me off at our apartment and then went to park the car as he received a call from his dad. He parked the car and ended the call so he could call me and tell me the zone he was in. When we came back to the car 40 minutes later we found that we received a parking ticket for the 4 minute difference. I called the city immediately and they said there was no grace period and were super rude. I had paid an hour ago on the app for the 40 minutes I needed to park. Horrible policy and service. Don’t use this app.

I’m all for convenience and this app does just that for me. I love visiting Downtown Detroit. Especially now with all that’s going on. That being said, I’m grateful that I don’t have to worry about the time nor running back to the meter to feed it more money. I just sit back and enjoy all that Detroit has to offer.

I paid for parking with this app and I still got a parking ticket. Of course the Detroit Parking Violations Bureau is also useless so no one could help me get rid of the ticket.

This is my first time using this app and I love the convenience of not having to stress over remembering how long I have left in my parking spot. It sends a notification when your time is almost up and you can pay from your phone so there’s no need to rush to the pay post every time.
