Won’t let me book destination
It will not recognize the address of destination, so my only option is to pinpoint it on their map. This has happened several times and is quite daunting and frustrating since it wants zoom in from a world view! Today of course that is what I am trying to do since it does not recognize a new providers address. It pulls up the map for a split second and goes blank. When you only have limited time to put the appointment in, this extremely frustrating. Especially since for once the provider can get you in quickly. I can call and wait on average 2 hours to talk with someone to book it. My longest wait was 4 hours. But you honestly expect people to have that much time during their day? You provide an app, it needs to work efficiently especially when you put a TIME CAP on when a patient can even enter the information!

Needs to fix “push notifications”
The app no longer sends push notifications when the paratransit bus arrives. We have checked on 3 separate phones our notification settings to ensure they allow for notifications from this app to ensure it wasn’t an error on our end. Can you please update the app to ensure that notifications are being pushed through when the para-transit bus arrives?

We tried several times to set this up and no luck. It’s an incredibly frustrating app. Don’t bother
A little of everything.
I work for a major company for transportation. We 90% of the employees use this system which is 115 employees. There isn’t enough time in the day to explain how horrible this system operates. And the customer care is just as bad. One of the main reason is the auto grouping does not batch the locations correctly. To short this up so it’s not a page long. I highly would recommend a different company. Save your self the time and effort. Also save your self from a life time of lazy ness this company offers.

Appears to have broken this week Can not see bookings or book new appointments A phone restart fixed all my issues
Resolved issue with biometric login where info was not being updated upon login.
