Needs some improvement

I’m a season pass holder and would love to see a few things added to the app to make it more useful. I have the 2x a day meal plan and all day drink plan. It would be super helpful for a spot to show when I can get my next meal/drink or a count down timer. I have been a couple minutes early and have had to wait after standing in long lines just to get my food. The ride estimations could also use some work as I noticed they are not accurate. I love the dietary and allergy food options listed on the app and what locations have which items. As someone with food allergies I appreciate this! I would love to see more allergy options for both a gluten and dairy allergy together too.

So close!!!

All in all, this is a good app. It’s intuitive, simple, easy to find your tickets, fast passes, etc. The map is very good. It has filters to allow you to view just what you’re looking for. And when you’re in the park it will give you directions from where you are to a different attraction. The app allows you to create multiple favorites lists. I have two lists, rides and food. This is where the app breaks down. When you’re planning, there is no way to filter the map to show your favorites list. So I know the 15 rides I want to hit up in one day, but I can’t see where they are relative to each other. The other improvement I would suggest for the app is to give you a map for each entry (ride, food, etc). For example, I wanted to look up a particular food stand that someone recommended. I found it on the list, but couldn’t tell where it was on the map. Even after I bookmarked it to my favorites list, I had no idea where in the park it was.

The entire purchase process was simple and so easy! And customer service was absolutely amazing if you have any issues someone is always there to help!!
