Fantastic App
We decided to take an impromptu road trip. I was able to register my friend’s car on my account and add enough funds to cover the trip in a matter of minutes! Very intuitive app!
Can’t login
I was excited to have an easy to pay app but was really disappointed that I couldn’t even login - I use invoices on paper bills to login and don’t have a username or account. Not an option to create an account, or if this is an option is at least not easily accessible. QR codes should ideally lead not just to the app, but auto login with your invoice. This is my job so happy to provide more feedback to EZPass people
Comical
No idea what the purpose of the app is. How does the state of PA collect any toll money? Useless. Nonfictional.
Literally, the worst
Typical government incompetence. Incredibly slow and every card I attempt to add as a payment method is met by a spinning progress wheel for a solid minute and ultimately followed by an “Invalid Credit Card” message. I suppose I’ll have to write a check and physically mail it to them, which is fine, but why waste tax dollars developing an utterly useless and unusable app?
Poor UI
App UI is awful and made paying my tolls that I was already annoyed at paying that much more frustrating.
App won’t even load
I have tried so many times to use this app to update my information, pay tolls, etc but I can’t even get through the login. I put my username/password and when I go to click the login in button it won’t do anything. I have to click it multiple times, sometimes it lets me in and other times it just won’t! I hate this app as it is useless!!!!
Objectively terrible application
I don’t know where to begin. Even if the services were functional (spoiler alert, they’re not), the menu is so difficult to use, the text is so small, and the app is organized so poorly that one cannot even reach the failure points with ease. In trying to convert from Toll By Plate to EZ Pass, the user reaches an infinite spinning wheel on submission. User entered values reset arbitrarily at many points during the process. New vehicles cannot be added in the app. These are just the explicit problems, which don’t include silently failing processes. I have never in my life seen an intern develop an application quite this bad. This is either intentionally so terrible that it’s goal is to PREVENT users from paying their tolls, or the leadership that hired the developers have failed entirely to screen the applicants, only to have hired literal cardboard boxes that hav
