Option to set default navigation map removed forcing your partners to only use Grab Navigation and hard coding Grab Navigation as the default. If a driver partner wants to use an alternative navigation maps like Waze or Google Map an additional 3 action steps is required! Draconian!! Driver partners need to focus on driving and have road awareness don’t burden us with unnecessary additional steps. Last but not least the fares for JustGrab is currently way too low. The cars don’t run on water or air…. Affordable fares for consumers is one thing, fair compensation for the service your partners provide is another. Grab needs to strike a balance. With the current pump prices and raising cost, the current fares are nowhere near fair.

I have had GRAB cancel food orders several times AFTER an hour and a half wait. That is bad business for the restaurants AND the customer. GRAB needs to figure out driver availability before accepting orders.

Ibeen with grab for maybe three years. Though I tend to just work as a driver seasonally during the tourist months etc. During that time I've had good and bad experineces. But mostly good!! That's why my high rating. I'm only taking away one star because sometimes it feels like the customers have more options for canceling jobs etc whereas with grab drivers it is limited. This is really something they could fix. Once that is fixed it will be easier for drivers to keep their strong rating without losing it for silly reasons. I'll keep driving with grab as its still the best optino as far as driving for a living goes. Just allowing drivers to cancel the job if the customer isn't appearing and things like that would make the app lots better. 4 stars from this driver with hope of improvement to come.

Reserved a ride to the airport the night before to ensure we wouldn’t miss our flight. The morning of the flight, about 10 minutes before our scheduled pick up time - the ride was canceled! They can take a reservation but they can’t keep a reservation.
