Tried to set up a MyCondor account, but email field is greyed out and can’t do that without one. No way to reset password. Website doesn’t allow me to set up an account either. Prices are good but I’m wary to spend money on an airline that can’t even handle basic customer service.

Can’t find my booking, the day before I go to fly. So I create an ‘account’. Try to enter my j to but it won’t let me type in the email field so nothing saves. Spent an hour with this, finally just went and checked in online and printed my boarding passes. I’m sure it’ll still not work in two weeks when I try to fly back home.

It’s good for adding a booking. You can also go through the check-in process. But what you cannot do is: log in or sign up for a condor account, see your flight details after check in, download your boarding pass. Also, after checking in for one leg of a trip, you won’t be able to use the app to check in for the return flight, because it will show you as checked in for the return flight, too, mistaking the check-in for both legs.
