Fix your login!
It’s so broken and cumbersome. I wasted hours trying to sign up. Your google sign in isn’t up correctly, and you don’t need the extra steps of phone and email verification for a stupid flight app! Seriously fire your developers and hire better ones this whole app is garbage, even adding a service dog to itinerary is insanely complicated.
Password Reset?
Time to change password and I tried for a week now. Always says to try later. 🤣😂🤣 What a joke!

Wish I had gone with Air Asia . They mismanaged my booking and gave me the wrong flight, and then charged me to rebook it. The app is clumsy and you can’t change the email associated with it. It’s impossible to get a hold of somebody that knows how fix your problems.
Garbage Airlaines, worst costumer support.
Take my advice, don't use this airline no matter how "cheap" Their prices may look. I only wanted to add one check in baggage but booking it online is getting under my nerves. The site traffic is bad enough and when I finally managed to log in after ages, I followed the instructions and went to "managed booking" to add baggage but the app says "Suspicious activity detected. Please contact security team" which of course the link doenst work. This will the last time im flying with this airline, their website IT staff needs to be fired!

I had to give one star while the app deserves zero. Literally not working, Cebu Pacific should apologize and revoke this app.
It’s bad!
Been trying to access my account. Each attempt unsuccessful. The app doesn’t help. The website doesn’t help. The chat couldn’t even help me. I just wanted to update my password so I can access my account but nothing and no one could help. lol!
Worst App, Worst Website
Cebu Pacific has accomplished being the worst app and the worst website I’ve ever used. The app never works and even when it does, it’s very slow. The whole point of using an app is to make things more convenient, but Cebu Pacific’s app is a complete headache and a hassle. Because the app is AWFUL, I have to use their website, which is equally AWFUL.
