Log in problem
Everytime I try to log into my account it rejects the password. Very problematic as we use your company a lot.
Fraudulent or incompetent, not sure which
Booked a car for one day for $50. Returned the car at the time and place stated on my booking. A few days later my credit card was overcharged by $300, with no explanation. I called to find out why, and they claimed I returned the car two days late to the wrong location. I told them that is wrong, and they said they would refund me. The only refunded me half of what they had overcharged me, so I had to call again to get the rest refunded. Then two weeks later they charged my card again with no explanation. So I called to find out why, and they said it was a toll charge. I didn’t use any toll roads, so I asked when and where it was and it turned out it was after I returned the car. Still waiting for them to refund that. It seems like they charged me for whoever used the car after me and didn’t correct it after I brought it to their attention multiple times.

Doesn’t automatically pull in saved credit cards; offers Apple Pay or PayPal, but errors out; doesn’t automatically pull in saved address info. Overall subpar experience
Car availability and deposit refunds
If you have some where to go don't rent from them. If you need your deposit back it can take more than two weeks.
Low functionality
Not a very robust there is very little functionality in this app. Have to log on to website to get useful information pertaining to your rental.
Bad
Not easy to navigate at all and many of the things to get signed up do not work. Customer service is horrible and has no desire to help a customer out trying to navigate through the system.
Doesn't work
you try to login and it does not hold your password and you go to get the reservation number and it kicks you back out very annoying
