i downloaded the app and paid to use a scooter, and it didn’t go more than 2 miles per hour. emailed customer support several times requesting a refund on account of malfunctioning equipment and received no response.

Why did I rent a car for 15 minutes but was charged double the amount I paid? The receipt showed RM 12.10 but I was charged RM 24.20 I returned the car to the correct parking lot and took photos. Doing more than refunding half the money I had to spend.

Beam recently came to Indonesia where I am. OVO is a payment option, however the UI is broken so it can’t be used. When you try to enter your OVO number, the keypad to enter the number blocks half the screen, making it impossible to click submit. This happens on both 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max
