‘지하철’, ‘지하철 노선도’, ‘카카오지하철’, ‘실시간지하철’ 4개의 앱을 깔고 비교해 보니 제가 원한 3가지를 모두 충족시키는것은 카카오지하철이었네요. 1. 실시간 위치확인 2. 에스컬레이터 등 출구 정보 3. 역 근처 지도

Same as some other reviews when I lived in Korea 2018-2019 the To/From feature listed all the stops in English like how the picture shows in the AppStore. Moved back this year and all the stops are in Korean. Not cool kakao. Please put it back to English friendly.

Why the update become not foreign friendly? The English translation is gone . This is become useless for us to use . Anyway I no longer recommend this app to anyone who is not Korean . There’s other subway app that support foreigners help them get around here in South Korea .

I have used this app for quite some time and recently came back to Korea only to find they have made some terrible changes to the English version. The only thing is English is the station name on the map and basic menu options. No longer can you get directions in English nor search in English. What is the point in having English as a language option if it doesn’t work fully? Even with the English version you need to know and understand Korean on a lower to intermediate level. Go find yourself a better app people.

More than half the times I’ve used it. The schedules are wrong and the train goes in complete different route. Plus they decided to take the English language off it which makes no sense either.
