Why only groups!
Why only groups!!!!!
Does not work
Used it three times and it worked once. The other two times the purchase went thru but the tickets were not shown in the app. Had to write multiple emails to get the money back. Why can't you use RFID and have this for all stations instead I the airport and we have to wait to show the ticket to the attender?
BART Short Comings
Bart to Airport APP is a good if you need two or more tickets. But, its a bad app for anybody only needing one ticket.
App Doesn’t Work
You would think that the primary mass transit carrier for the Tech Capitol of the World would be able to design an app that could help us poor rubes get around. Think again...
App is not ready for prime time
The app seems like a great idea discounted tickets. But the scan code must be shown to a person to enter Bart. Also, our European visitors activated their tickets not knowing they would expire in 3 hrs. The instructions are all very unclear. Muni app is much better. This is still a work in progress.
Pretty easy to use
I was able to buy and mark used without any instructions. You will have to show the ticket that has been marked used (valid for 3 h) to an agent at the gate, since the gates don’t read these yet. Altogether works as expected.
Why just airport?
Neat! Works a lot like the MUNI app. Why just the airport and why just for groups? I love clipper but it is getting worse for wear.
