Bug was fixed pretty quick
The app crashed when I tried to load pictures to my rimowa case. After several days they delivered a fix and it is now working. Thanks to the team for the quick fix.

The original RIMOWA app had much more flexibility in manipulating the photo to display to your liking. This app’s crop and size feature is terrible and glitchy. The amount of text you can put is also extremely limited compared to the original. The firmware also cannot be updated. This app is not even close to an equivalent feature set. Booo! I don’t use the airlines features as it’s supper limited, so it’s not worth it. The least they could do is maintain the original app for the cost of the suitcase!
