Great airbag, horrible app
I like the AI airbag, crowdsource data, cool physical product. This version of the app has this horrible red pop-up about rating the app it’s ridiculous. You’re on your motorcycle if you want to look at battery level you have to click past a red marketing banner 😡 I swear to God sales people are ruining the world. This is a safety tool safety app stop marketing while I’m using the thing.
Big Red Review pop up 😡 request
Why does the latest version of the app have a big Redbox in the middle of the screen asking for an application review 🤬 this is a safety hazard if you’re using the app while riding and look down on your phone for your airbag status, you see what looks like a big red warning. That red box makes the suggestion the airbag isn’t working. sales guys are ruining the world. I have probably 10 K miles on my airbag. I ride with it consistently and love the product. I recommend it often to other riders. stop letting sales people break the user interface and ruin the experience.
Reviewing the APP Only
I wear the Klim vest and it’s great for what it is. The APP needs improvement. It’s a worldwide app but all values are In Kilometers. There is no attempt to convert to miles. Given what we pay monthly or yearly, the least they can do is get the conversions right. 🇺🇸 The Apple Watch complications are great but they need some refinement too. Once you disconnect the vest, the watch complication shows rogue values for while.
Simple and quick
Turn it on. And away you go. App is well developed and simplified.
Good service
I changed out my inbox on my airbag because of the charging port and had to have a little help. I called their customer service number in New York and got excellent response back. Maurice helped guide me through the reset process and I am very satisfied with the KLIM vest and the in & box Joe Cornwell
latest updates break connectivity
Just got off the phone with In&Motion support. The latest updates break the connectivity to the In&Box module. I’m lucky that mine is under warranty because they’re sending me a new module.
My New In&Motion
I have owned my new Klim In&Motion vest now for 6 months. Once I fully familiarized myself with vest and app I use both on every ride every single time. Both are easy to use and great to have on. Couldn’t imagine not having one earlier in my riding career.
