Has Potential
The app is glitchy and in need of some updates. First and foremost every time I use the app I am forced to continually sign in as if I’ve never used the app. Each time I connect my Hyrope via Bluetooth it prompts me that there is an update and when I try to update the app freezes and I have to manually close it out. Also when your try to input workout info for DIY exercise it’s very glitchy and not user friendly. Also that fact that it doesn’t have a freestyle mode or connect to Apple Health or any other fitness tracking is appalling.

Let me start with, I really did like this app before they broke it by "fixing" some other issue with the user experience. The fullscreen feature is what we call in UX as a critical function. If I can't have the app go full screen when I cast on a tv or projection screen then the app becomes unusable. I contacted the company many times and they assure me it would be fixed then promptly ignored me. Spend more money and go somewhere else, it had potential but the dev team is understaffed and over worked.

Don't buy this app. This is a basic critical function that did work ( actually really well previously ) and I have contacted this company numerous times about this and they told me for months it would be fixed. This app is not usable, spend more money on a service with a better user experience. I really regret having to write this review.
United StatesBuyer beware, unethical company
The app is not bad with lots of exercises and classes to keep you busy. However, after two years, it still doesn't sync with Apple health, which is pretty unforgivable. Worse, in order to activate the promised features you have to pay a monthly subscription. As somebody who bought the product two years ago before that was true, I was really unhappy, but I've since heard the company is going to give me a one year free membership. I will update this review sometime in the future after I have a chance to fully evaluate the system.

I first got the system about two years ago but the app was horrendous so I stopped using it. I've been giving it another try, and while I do see some improvement, I would say the in the interface still needs a lot of work. It's very "busy" and not easy to figure out where to go for what. But for me, the unforgivable thing is that there is still no integration with Apple health. Seriously? How hard could it possibly be to input workout time and calories? It's just a no-brainer these days and kind of a deal killer for me. The bands themselves are quite good, but the system has always been held back by the software.

This app is my absolute favorite. It's something I'd suggest to everyone! It has changed my life; I'm a mother of three who dropped from 230 pounds to 190 pounds in 9months with very minor dietary changes and three 15-minute workouts each week. This is for you if you require a personal coach or just don't want to leave your house. It guides you through the process and encourages you.
