I love Tailwind, the extension helps me out alot on safari and on google crhome. The customer service was on point when I didn't have the smartloop activated with my plan. They got back to me within 10 minutes and fixed the problem.

I love Tailwind, but the extension has been giving me problems since December. At first, I'd click the schedule button and that would just save it to a draft. Now the buttom has disappeared. I can't even delete the extension and re-install it. I just want to pin my stuff and not spend hours trying to get the tech to work. I've talked to Tailwind customer service over the past few months and they just say it's an issue with Safari and haven't figured it out yet. Which is disappointing since I pay for the service.
