Ugh. This app stinks.
This app is beyond frustrating. I like the website but this app is nothing less than a waste of time. I can’t get any work done which is annoying because most of my photos are on my phone. Disappointed.

Previously had purchased tailwind and took a break - but now wanted to jump back in and get things rolling smoothly. It has been anything but - from what I recall in the past, the website seems to have regressed - what should be simple seems daunting. I remember an easy layout and scheduling experience, but now it’s just confusing. Horrible response time from Customer Support Email - going on 6 days with now response and 2 days since I followed up. I have followed all how tos and confirmed that everything is in order via Facebook/Meta - however the communication between the websites is something terrible. Get it together - for what you cal to provide - the overall experience has been crap.

Didn't use the service basically all year becuase i find it complicated, confusing, time consuming so i contacted them within 20 days of the renewal and was told NO REFUNDS. I guess i just made a really expensive mistake at the worng business. They don't really care if i find their service useful they just want to keep my money anyway and so they did.

Until they update this app it’s useless to download on any new iPhone. The top corner buttons won’t work unless you want to spend minutes trying to tap just right. I’ll update my review when they update their app.
United StatesDoesn't Work - Pretty Useless
The app is described as a scheduler and planner, but all it seems to do for me is just let me see the next several posts I have scheduled, via the home page (when it loads). I've tried using the app on and off over the last 4 months, and not once has it actually worked properly. I'd say about 40% of the time, it opens to say that I don't have any scheduled posts. I have to refresh the home page for it to show that I have posts scheduled. If I go to the secondary tab, nothing loads at all. It shows a bunch of squares for timeslots, but no thumbnails load, and I can't do anything on that page. It would be great to use this app to move posts around, but it seems they don't really put effort into making sure the app functions.

this app doesn’t even have the option to schedule anything. If you schedule something using a computer it’ll show up on the app and you can edit it, but you can not create new drafts or pins from the app. So what’s the point?
