These are the violations you can post a complaint on: 1. No Parking 2. One Way-No Entry 3. Parking On Footpath 4. Riding On Footpath 5. Riding Without A Helmet 6. Defective/Fancy number plate 7. Stopped on Zebra cross/Near TRF light 8. Triple riding 9. Using mobile phone 10. Wrong parking 11. Pillion Rider without helmet 12. Jumping Traffic signal 13. Stunt driving If you spot any of the aforementioned traffic violations taking place, click a picture or video of the vehicle along with the number plate, and post the violation on Public Eye brought to you by Bangalore Traffic Police and ichangemycity.com. 1. I doubt real people look through complains daily 2. Cant even login once you log out of app it doesn’t sent OTP. I have messages and tweeted about this but no response

This is a good initiative and well work, but there are only few people cares to take responsibility, If you can add reward of 5-10 ra per complaint which can be used to pay their fines, reward points which can waive their fines. By doing this i guess we can turn more citizens to policemen and we can reduce the number of polices standing in the streets all day long.

This app is awesome really nice, we also see that it says it’s official website for BTP. I really doubt if BTP has a team which looks into the complaints and also update status of complaints.
United StatesGood App - Poor Service and turn around times
Not happy with the turn around times on reports violations. The reports are shown as resolved - but no action is taken. No fines show up for the reported violation even after a week of the reported violation. So far I have reported about 10 violations but no action has been taken - fine issued on any one of them.
