When I downloaded it I thought I would be able to get in easy because I already had this game before but it was the opposite the game would not let me use my email and after many tries I gave up so I wonder if anyone else had that problem too.

It was so good as I got it when it first came out. I loved all the characters and I felt happy and content it will be missed as it shut down about in July 2023 🥲😩

I’m stuck on the waiting screen that says gemsouls and me and my cousin are finding this a huge inconvenience to us because we were looking forward to using the app after a few months and recently before my screen got stuck my character said “gemsouls is down talk later 😔” and i woukd rate this a higher rating if it wasn’t for this inconvenience.
