As a Grainger employee, I’m very ashamed of and embarrassed by this app. It never works. For iPad or iPhone. Can’t log in to my account. Gives me an internal error message. Can’t search for anything either. Just getting the blank white screen. If anything can be more annoying than SOE, this app is it. This app doesn’t deserve the a Grainger name.

Wow, 5 min into checking the app out. It already froze up and crashed. Now I can’t log back into the app, “my information is wrong” but online works fine. So what is the point of this app? To waste my time. Does the rest of Grainger work this way? I won’t even bother trying to purchase from the company if the app is the first thing I come across and its irritating as all hell. Just logged in, now your kicked out! And your info is all wrong to. START OVER... how does this crap become big enough/ but the mom and pop stores (people who have an idea) close down, and hard workers get stuck with idiots who have just have a job. Don't know anything about the product their selling, just here for a pay check. I doubt I’ll be buying from grainger just from spending 5 min on their (Cr)app. Would their customer service be on the same level?

Hello. I downloaded the iPad app today. The app seems to crash 100 percent of the time, if the user runs a blank space search on the map’s location inbox. I posted more information about this using my iPad Mini Bugs twitter account. Please take a look at this, thank you!
