Wast of time
App doesn’t work most of the time. Have to keep login in most of the time. They keep changing things on the app. Just go into the store. Don’t give you actual size. Take a chance if you want to buy online. Customer service won’t even respond when you submit a question. You go in store and give your email for receipt to be sent and see it the email pop up on screen. Have received an email the past 3 times went into the store for purchase. Not going to spend $29 for membership.
Crashes and locks up
The app is terrible. Constantly crashes. I end up just having to go to the website to order. Its a pain.
Spend more $ on app experience of fire your tech team
The app experience is a joke. Example: search function doesn't work. Type in “Wagyu” and nothing shows up. Second, it’s not seamless with the website. I.e. you can create a cart of items on the app, log on to the website, and you’ll need to start over. Same with vice-versa. GRADE F for tech prowess, a bunch of idiots running the show. LoL
Store is great! App sucks…
I absolutely love the store and every single thing I’ve ordered has been phenomenal. Huge selection and great quality. The app though is terrible. It’s super buggy.
Enjoy your products but…
I can’t say the app works very well. On my iPhone, I’m often having problems as it doesn’t sync with the website account. Shopping cart doesn’t appear to update across multiple platforms and lately it’s freezing up on my phone. Also, it doesn’t show past orders on the app and favorites. I think its has a few bugs and needs fixes. Thank you.
Worthless
I guess my other review was somehow deleted? It’s been 6 months and I still haven’t been able to order anything using the app. Last time it just wouldn’t place the other and now you can’t been add stuff to the card. All you get is “refresh token expired”. The meat quality is great but the app is absolutely worthless. I don’t see how other people are using it.. is it my phone?? I have the 14pro max
Great store. Terrible app.
I don’t want to type my credit card info every time. And I don’t like storing cards in apps for security purposes. Just add Apple Pay into you app. Then the app would be perfect.
