Pizza is great
I am from New York, we love pizza but I never had deep dish pizza until I had Lou’s . Pizza is great I get the Lou specialty pizza add sausage cooked well done freaking amazing. App is very easy and functional never had any issues.

The app used to be great during Covid , but they have redone it a few times and it is now Horrible . Long time Lou’s fans and they just lost us.

There were a few kinks in the app or my bad cell service. But it’s working great now and I use it to place orders from home or work locations. Everything is fresh hot and tasty. One of my favorites to use from sandwiches, pizza and salad. On occasions I get dessert.

Please bring back the option to do “easy” on the toppings! The older version had it and it was always used in my household especially with the Jalapeños. Aside from this feature, everything else seems to function just fine.
