My account keeps getting temporarily restricted for no reason I will literally just open the app to browse and I get this message over and over, then it will be fixed for a while and I’ll get restricted again?

Used to love Vinted. I still think it has great potential. But they’ve started to use so many automated systems to block users from selling their stuff.. It’s becoming near impossible. As a result, I’m also seeing less and less items being posted. Quality is going down.. it’s sad. I’d stay away from it now. And never buy expensive things, because they always side with the seller in disputes.

Their customer service is abysmal! Out of all the selling/buying platforms I’m on they don’t even compare… They’ll tell you they accept Apple Pay through their website but when you mention the option doesn’t pop up at checkout they simply tell you there’s nothing they can do and that’s just the beginning of how incompetent they run things I don’t understand the high rating at all

Largely I love this app because it has a lot of affordable clothing. I do wish there were some options to block certain brands from being in your feed, a “select all” button on the filters, and a more helpful tagging system so that people can better list their clothes/find what they’re looking for.
