I'm waiting for my cashback from September 2023. and apparently I still have a long time to get my earned $50 cashback. Very often the application does not see the purchase made through it, I lost a lot of cashback and the customer service is absolutely useless, you open the case and they don’t decide anything in favor of the buyer, it’s very disappointing. I switched completely to Rakuten and RetailMeNot.

Sometimes it tracks, sometimes it doesn’t. When it doesn’t, most of the time you are out of luck if you try to open a case. Now, I can’t log into my account on my desktop or app.
