This app doesn’t work, and when you contact “Customer Service” (I put that in quotes because they’re a joke), they won’t help you unless you scan your ID into a 3rd-party app, which doesn’t work. Then, they deactivate your account for no reason, and again, won’t help you until you upload your ID into that separate app (which again, doesn’t work). When you tell them this doesn’t work, they refuse to respond. They took my receipt uploads, then refused to pay me when they deactivated my account for no reason. Scammers.

I download the app ten days ago and it’s worked fine until I opened the app and I saw that “ no banners available” and all offers isn’t available except the food! I tried everything to reach the Customer Service and get help but nothing!!!! And I went to help center and I haven’t see similar to my issue available. If you submit a ticket for issue they take 30 days to answer!!!!!!??????? How’s that working???? I used several apps and all their customer support very fast response and help full! I really need help and I don’t know what to do!!! Also, they changed the deals cash back suddenly from high to very low!!!!!!???????? Don’t waste your time use ibotta instead!!!! I want to understand what happened with my account!!!??? I need help as soon as possible!!!!

I downloaded the app and made and account i scan a receipt and everything was good next day when i wanted to scan another one it doesnt let me login, it just says invalid credentials, so i just click that i forgot my password and after waiting and waiting i received an email now they "require" one photo of the following: my driver license, state id, passport, passport card, permanent resident card, visa or a work permit to "verify" my identify, why would they need that just with a simple email with a link to a new password would do they can ask me for my phone if to verify that its me they already have that, i just think that's sketchy now i just want for the to delete my account and information from their servers

I tried to upload 10 receipts over a seven day period yet not a single one would upload into their system. Every time I tried, I got an error message telling you that that receipt had already been redeemed – even when I tried to input it for the first time, just minutes after leaving the store. When I contacted their customer service, spending way too much time, inputting separate tickets for each Receipt I tried to upload, I received a generic, irrelevant response for each one saying that that receipt had already been redeemed. Tada has an activity log, and it clearly says that I had zero receipts redeemed in my activity, log, yet their customer service ignored that!!! It’s a very crappy system with even crappier customer service.

I like the idea of instant rebate, but on the redemption part, I redeemed a $50 kohl’s gift card, but when I tried to add it in the kohl’s app, it kept giving the error msg “pin and code didn’t match”. I am still waiting for Customer Support to resolve this. Also on the profile pls show customer’s email, I forgot which email I used to register and took me long time to find out🤣
