I tried submitting a few receipts and never got money back. This app is a waste of time and energy.

If I could I would give them minus (-) stars. They are the most unethical dishonest daylight robbers. They have resorted to taking away your money that you have already earned by spending time and effort in submitting receipts. So basically they have stolen what you have already earned. And they come up with all kinds of excuses to justify their abhorrent behavior. There are other better and straight forward Apps out there who don’t do such things like IBotta and Receipt Hog. Stay away and keep away. Don’t waste your time and effort over thieves. I am reporting this to Apple and asking them to delete this app and throw it into a trash can where it belongs, and definitely not in an iPhone. He must give all the substance of his house. Stealing is taking or appropriating another’s property or ideas without permission, dishonestly, or unlawfully, usually in a secret manner. The apostle Paul reiterates the eighth commandment in the New Testament (Romans 13:9) showing that it is a sin to steal. You cannot escape Karma, anymore than you can escape your own shadow. Here is a good rule of thumb. Treat other people with love, respect and dignity. If you do this, you won’t create in bad karma. Apple, you surely will remember the case of the notorious Yaar Lo a few years back and its eventual demise and downfall. The same thing is being repeated here where members’ hard earned income is being reduced to zero in the pretext of inactivity and so called App rules when they don’t have much to offer. You cannot take away something that isn’t yours to begin with. Please restore our respect in the Apple Brand with firm and decisive action that will be as an example to others who also might be tempted to enrich themselves by dubious means. I have been with Checkout 51 for a long time. It was in the past a good app. There used to be many different choices and different products to choose from. Now it’s limited to the same products month after month. You cannot cash out unless you get $20 or more well it’s been over three years and I haven’t been able to get enough to cash out on this app. In fact, it’s taking me a very long time to get up to $12. I may have to forfeit the money as this app is generally just a waste of time. Please fix the app or get rid of it!?

I’ve had to is app for a couple years. The offers used to be stuff that people use so I was able to cash out one time. Now there’s random offers that people barley buy I’ve been stuck at $15 for close to a year. I used to do the surveys, but there’s only 3 surverys available and they’re all over 10 minutes long for small rewards. If you take the survey and don’t qualify, it just brings you to another survey. You used to be able to get $.2 for not qualifying for a survery. Don’t other wasting your time.

This app never had much to offer. I would check once a week and give up. I’m sure I had over $20 but, since I rarely look anymore, I can’t see if/or when I would have withdrawn what I had. Hopefully, they’ll improve. Lots of other apps out there helping shoppers so they need to do better.

There are no set of directions or guidelines on how to use 51. I am a member but I got lost so I was remembering it was 6 mo or close to 6 months! Where are the surveys. I’m frustrated. I have 18. … so when I’m at 20.00 I’m checking out . Disappointed!

Terrible system. My account and three family members were flagged and someone merged all of them, resulting in $30 dollars in cash back missing. I suppose because we all did the same offers in our accounts. The funny part is we don't use this app to much since not to many offers. I reply to an email I received about the merging decision as well as my family did but no answer.
