Incredibly inefficient
Like others, VERY SLOW and not at all buyer friendly.

The app loads slowly or not at all. Why even bother with an app you can’t even use? All you can see if you see anything are the icons at the bottom of the screen. It works for awhile, then it stops loading once again.

Cloggy. I enter a search for petite medium clothing and the results include regular sizes. This is enough to make me shop elsewhere

All I ever see when I open app is a white screen. This has happened for months. Came here to see reviews and found out someone else had issue and it “was being worked on”

The app is very slow to load and finalizing order is rough. Often times just left in limbo. Not a good app!

The only reason I gave it 1-star was because I had to in order to write a review. Talbots, you’d be better served removing this horrible app until you have something that’s functional. I think it makes your company look very unprofessional to have something this shoddy.

Tried several times download/delete/download this APP for Talbots Store and icons still not functional so what is wrong with the developer for this App months and months of error and it still NOT being fixed.. so frustrating..!!!
