Gawd it’s awful
Yuk! Where do I begin? I’m so surprised -based on reviews- that the app has been this terrible for such a long time! Reading reviews a year ago about the same issues- the app simply doesn’t work. Interface look great at first until you try doing ANYTHING. Like search for an item that you know it’s there! And a simple thing like “transferring” the cart and the stuff that sits in the SAME account on web version- not working. And you can’t manually search for it either. Or find it through Men-Women-Home menus. It gets you back to the pretty but utterly useless home page. I used to be loyal customer of L&T “before” not anymore. It’s a shame, because you can outsource the dev work and fix it easily at a low cost - im speaking from experience, and know it’s not a difficult fix.
