虚假宣称 产品不符的公司
我在2022年4月9日在“闪亮时刻App”下单购买了一双名称为“Re/done woman 80s basketball suede-trimmed Leather Sneaker"80年代女子篮球绒面皮鞋；该商家在页面的产品中文描述为：低帮运动鞋，徽标印花，皮革复古，意大利制造，100%牛皮等。但在2022年5月1日，我收到实物后，发现该商品在鞋内鞋舌部分明确标识，该鞋未使用任何动物成分，鞋底为100% rubber（橡胶），鞋面为100% nylon（尼龙），鞋内为100% cotton （棉），实物与商家描述的100% leater 牛皮，完全不符。 商家的描述页面醒目的提及该产品为100%牛皮，但是实际产品根本没有任何真皮的成分。这已经从事实上造成了虚假宣传或涉嫌欺骗消费者；我多次跟该商家取得联系，该商家总是以消极的态度回应，还说退货需由我自己承担，我感到不公和愤怒！求助！
