Stopped working recently
I’ve used the app for a while and have redeemed for gift cards twice successfully. But after the recent update my number stopped increasing and once it was recommended I delete and redownload the app I can’t login because the verification code isn’t working.

Whenever I attempt to check in my location in the app, it doesn’t update. So to try to fix it, I signed out and tried to sign back in. That was almost two weeks ago. It’s been saying sorry we’re having issues on our end, and not allowing me back into my account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing.

I’ve been “saving up points” or so I thought for years, and had accumulated over 30,000 points. After months and multiple attempts to cash them out, and no response, it’s become quite evident this is not an authentic rewards program. Any attempt to cash out earns you an error message for the 30,000 point tier.

Ever since they added the extra layer of security I have been unable to sign in. Send email for verification code, I enter it and a message “problem on our end, please try later”. Three months later and it still isn’t working. How many points did I lose? Can we please fix this issue.
