Algorithm Problems and Favoritism
Sometimes Algorithms always been a pain for all site platforms and sometimes the most popular sites like Zazzle and Society6 only want to see perfection by how the art piece it’s made with no personal mistakes. It’s popularity by how much followers you have and likes, views also, it’s obvious that tags don’t work as well because It’ll be same like any site by their algorithm wanted to see what’s popular and perfect content including greater popularity. There the problem is some user aren’t doing anything art by hands, they're just downloading pictures/Photos on others Manwha, Mangas and WEBTOON and posting it on your website and suddenly the sale are hitting like it’s no Tomorrow. It’s obvious favoritism or something because many artists like us did so work and time to make the product and art piece so perfectly, but it seems it’s a waste your site marketing issues, to those who are trying to make a sell on Redbubble even though there were a lot of negative feedback until it hit 2020 until now. I just hope to resolve this issue and problem because it’s used to be a good site in the 2000s, now it’s full of issues for artists and creators, I just your site won’t be problem and no negativity will come near 2025 because issues start when it hit 2020
United StatesThey send their prints and posters in boxes instead of tubes
I spent right at about $100 on some poster prints, and they shipped rolled up in a cardboard box. Other companies send them in tubes. Obviously they were destroyed. After sending pics on 3 occasions, several emails back and forth, I threw them away and they kept the money. Disgusting that a business can rip people off.

I HAVE. I’ve tried so many times and yet the app just refuses to work, logs me out, doesn’t connect to their servers for some reason? While the website works fine. Fix your app.

Really been frustrating to try and do anything in this app for weeks now. I can’t check order history, and items to my cart, look for new designs…nothing! There’s no update for the app. Please fix!

Running ios 17.4.1 on iPhone 13 and this app regularly has issues. Trying to check my orders and tracking causes the app to have errors. Even without errors, if you have multiple shipments for one order you have to close out of the whole order to check the other tracking numbers. Not bad if it's only a few, but imagine 4+ tracking numbers. Sometimes loading the app is impossible. It just gives you an error. No point in using the app if it doesn't want to work. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Redbubble is one of my favorite places to shop online and although the app's been a bit buggy over the time I've had it, it's now unusable. I keep seeing the "oh snap!" error message when trying to browse new products, view my favorites, or access most anything via the app at all. Please fix this. I saw other reviews citing the same issues.
