I have had 3 total gift cards simply disappear out of my “wallet”. $175 poof. They do nothing about it. Don’t buy anything from them.

Purchased an Afterpay gift card, can’t use it and the “Support” team seems to have the exact same troubleshooting steps as myself. Conversation with support kept going in circles with no resolution given, no timeline of a resolution, and my questions were not really answered either. I only gave it 2 stars because my wife was able to get a gift card and use it successfully, but a success rate of 50% is unacceptable (so far) when it should legitimately be 100%.
