I like this app but…..

I like g to his app because it keeps a history of all the maintenance done on my vehicle. This really helped when I had a warranty issue and could easily prove it was all done. My problem is that I have a 2nd car. I cannot do the same or download another app for that car. There should be a feature to add another vehicle.

Why have this app that doesn’t work?

I’ve had 2 separate services done since September 01 and neither has been added to the service history. I’ve called Jiffy Lube and tried the contacting the developers’s site with absolutely NO help or resolution. Don’t make an app that hasn’t been updated for over a year and waste the customer’s faith of what you promised it would do.

Worst app out there

If they allow their name to be attached to this horrible app how can I trust the service they provide. App is completely unresponsive and not even worth downloading.

Can’t even create account

I keep getting looped back to the sigh in screen. Need to create your password to create an account? Log in and we’ll do that. Need to reset password? Log in and we’ll do that. I can’t log in, no password yet!
