Love the Revitalize! I add it my water, great flavor. It helps me get the water I need. I’ve tried several of the products and, have had great results. Prices are ok.
Fix the shareable cart
The app itself is ok, the navigation is clunky and not set up well for an iPad. The share cart function just displays a ‘thought bubble’ showing the Modere image with a Modere.io text display. there are no action buttons, and simply trying to paste, in case it auto copied (wishful thinking), doesn’t work.

A menu bar that remains at the bottom of every page where customer service is a click away, a virtual assistant is a click away, how’s yours your experience going? A click away Using drop down boxes in your bundles for choosing flavors would save endless searching in a very poorly organized, overwhelming catalog that requires time consuming endless searching for products. (The “search” feature could be from the Flintstones) Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity! If your catalog is not as simple, easy and convenient to use as going on Amazon, your losing business. I have given up searches on your site due to the ridiculous amount of time it would take me to NOT be able to find something Communicating to the customer is something you need to put as an action item ASAP! When product ships and items are missing from your subscription, THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING COMMUNICATING THAT TO THE CUSTOMER!!! Especially when you still charge me for it. I really hope you can straighten out whatever “disconnects” you have going on in your organization. It’s quite apparent there are many. I recently tried a couple Amare products. It may be time to try something new until your organization can organized.

Seems to be the most basic part of doing business. Especially if a company cares about their customers. I order 2 items consistently and have a strong suggestion for packaging on both. Which I think is odd in itself. I only use 2 and I have an issue with both products to the point that I was actually wanting to contact the company! I never do that!
Better UI please
The Modere app on my iPhone has a terrible user interface. The 'process today' button makes it easy for customers like myself to accidentally pay for orders unexpectedly when they forget to add it to their ‘subscription cart’. It’s like you purposely want customers to make mistakes.. Love the products but the UI needs improvement. In fairness I too need to be more aware of what buttons or where I am in your UI before purchase orders.
