Great App - Needs iPad Version
This app is great, and the ability to transfer the carts from “in store” to “pickup” (etc) is super helpful for changing plans and life in general. The Scannable barcode for the shopping rewards is a bit buried and hard to find. Also, I really wish there was an iPad (landscape) version of this app that gave me the grocery search and a scrollable view of the cart/list side by side.

Being able to order groceries online is the best thing that ever happened to moms of 2 year olds. The app is very user friendly. There are occasional issues with the quality of produce selected, but of course I don’t know what they have to choose from. They are all so courteous and helpful, they do the best they can when substitutions are needed. Overall, love the app and the experience

Apparently they can’t count. I loved this service until the last couple of weeks. The past two orders I have had things that I ordered two of and only gotten one. They use to have a double return on problems. I guess that went away with the working service or help button in the app.

As far as being able to find things in the store it would be great for the app to display where products are in the store. All the item information is there so I feel like that’s not too much of a stretch. Other than that I had no problems signing up and using the app, it’s just the one key detail I was hoping for as we try to learn where things are in the store.

This is the ONLY app I have ever downloaded from the App Store that caused me an immediate security warning from Apple. It is one of very few with absolutely NO details available to the consumer whatsoever regarding your own privacy details. No thanks Lowes!

I love this app, mostly because it allows me to scan my rewards card in the app instead of having to carry it in my wallet or keys. I really wish this app allowed me to add my rewards card to my apple wallet app. I’m already opening my apple wallet to use Apple Pay in store, it would save a step if I could scan my rewards card in apple wallet.
